Your service was amazing, as I was surprised that you dropped what you were doing when all of the sudden Telstra said they required you to be there to answer their questions. Yes I did see your team working till 7PM to meet the deadline. And yes when Telstra and NBNCO changed everything around, I was genuinely surprised when you yourself came at 7am Saturday morning getting our display home operational. (You should be a Romance Director as my wife Meleese was so stressed out with Telstra and NBNCO, you were able to bring her back to Earth for me by sortingtheir mistakes).
We did get other quotes, and even though you were considerably less than the others, knowing what I now know, I would have been happy to have paid more for the service you gave us.
